While in the library module, find the folders panel. By default, the backup of your catalog is stored in the same location as your lightroom catalog (in a folder called backups).
Change Lightroom Backup Location. Within the catalog settings dialog you can specify the frequency for backing up your lightroom catalog. Quit lightroom so that the back up catalog dialog appears.
Do this for every folder. The files and file locations given here are defaults. In the back up catalog dialog box, click back up to back up the catalog at the default location and quit lightroom classic.
